Our evaluations often require clarification on unique details about your land that can be quickly addressed through questions sent via text message. Land valuations and contract terms may also be sent via text unless email or phone calls are preferred.
Cancelations – You can opt out from all future text correspondence at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. You will automatically receive a final text message to confirm you have been unsubscribed from receiving any further text communications. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time on our site, and we can resume text communications.

Carrier Issue – Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
Fees – Message and data rates may apply to you. You will receive periodic messages during our evaluation and negotiation phase. The actual number of sent and received texts is indeterminate but will not be any more than is necessary to facilitate the required communications. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Privacy Policy – No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
