About the Owner

I have a technical engineering background (10 years in commercial nuclear power, Software Verification & Validation, and 6 years in flight simulation) and have applied these skills and experience to develop an efficient, software-based land investment system.  I have a knack for continuous improvement and strive for efficiency and effectiveness within my business. Technology and land come together nicely within my processes and systems.

I have been a fulltime land investor for the last 5 years and have over 20 years of experience investing in single family and residential multifamily properties. Vacant land is by far my favorite type of investment, and I am passionate about it.

My home office is located in Arlington Texas, but I often drive up to 3 hours to prospect for land. To fully understand the potential and highest value of any given parcel, there is no substitute for seeing it in person. If you have land you’d like to sell, I would be glad to invest my time and resources to provide you with the most accurate valuation I can. I keep regular office hours when I am not out in the field.
